No email history on m.zoho.com/crm
Hello, I am using the web browser version of Zoho Mobile (through http://m.zoho.com/crm). It works pretty well, but I miss the email history. I cannot see what emails were sent to the contact person. I don't need to send or edit. I just need the view so I can see what was sent earlier. Thanks ! Herbert
Zoho iPhone App - fields not updating; calls made through app not showing on reporting / dashboards on web app
Hello, Two issues with the iPhone app: 1. The fields on the iphone app will not update (ex: new call or event types are not appearing, and deleted ones still appear on mobile app). 2. When I log calls through the iPhone app, the activity is not appearing on my reports or dashboards which specifically filter by that criteria. For example, the weekly call activity will exclude any calls that I log via the iPhone app - I have to then log-in through the webapp, press edit and save, and then the calls
Home screen shortcuts (Android)
Hey, Is there a way to create homescreen shortcuts to each of the modules in the CRM app? For example I would like to have an icon on my homescreen that takes me directly to "Tasks" rather than having to open the CRM app and then select "Tasks". Otherwise, great app, using it constantly. Cheers
CRM search function in Mobile version of Zoho Mail (via m.zoho.com)
Hello, I have a few customers that like to use m.zoho.com to access their Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail accounts on their phone. In the full site version of the Zoho Mail there is an option via the Compose Mail window to search for contacts that are in the CRM. This appears to be missing in the m.zoho.com version of Zoho Mail. Or is it accessible via another way in the m.zoho.com Zoho Mail - (please advise how to) If it is not available are there plans to extend the search function to include CRM contacts

In the mobile app, when creating a new task, there is no option to add a Reminder, which there is on the web-based view is there a way to do this?
Zoho iOS app attachments
Zoho iOS app says "You need to be signed in to upload the file to Zoho CRM" when trying to attach a file from another app into a leads attachments. Tried with TurboScan and Google Docs and both said same error. Happened on some update I did about 2 months ago. Any plans to fix this in the future? Thanks

Please help with mobile sync
I am completely new to the Zoho applications. I'm attempting to enable the mobile sync functionality from my LG G2 android phone (version 4.2.2). No matter what options I put in for username and password (full email, partial with separate domain entry) I get a message that authentication failed due to wrong username/password. However, the exact same credentials log me into the Zoho online services just fine. I've even changed passwords to make sure it was not a case of being locked out. Thanks
Zoho App Says: No Portals Received from Server
I have downloaded the Zoho Support app and would like to log in to my account to look at tickets and such. When I use the login that I use on the zoho support website, I get a "No Portals Received From Server" error. It then keeps me loged in but I cant get past the swipe to the left page. Any suggestions????
Start on power on and run in background
Using zoho crm mobile app for android. It seems the app works when its loaded and if loaded and the "minimized". Can then click and hold home button to see active apps and go back. However it doesn't seem to load after the device is restarted or powered on from off. Likewise, I just did a restart and went to the application manager in settings and do not see ZoHo CRM mobile running in the processes. Is there a way from within the app or standard android os to force load on startup of the app or listener

It happens all the time. When i close task in web client, it's not become closed in ios app.... What can I do? After i close task second time in ios app, i look logs -- in logs it is closed twice...
Error converting leads in the mobile version of CRM
I am experiencing a problem converting leads within the iPad and iPhone apps. When I enter the information and hit the convert or done button, it shows an error message and does not convert. When I log in from a different device, it converts without a problem. Is there something I can do to fix the device I am trying to use? I have updated the software regularly and tried resetting the app on both devices and it does not work. thanks
Mobile Sync Calendar Events dublicated (Android/Samsung)
Hello! Last weeks I sometimes had calendar items twice, since when syncing, zoho created a dublicate entry for every event. Since yesterday it's even worse: on every sync, the event is dublicated. So I get hundrets of copies on each event and hundrets of reminder emails. There must be some incompatiblity between android exchange sync and ZOHO since the last days. Maybe I missed this but can one sync the events(lead source) I have created in the Zoho desktop version to the Mobile business card/show lead scan app for Iphone? My goal is to have the same event on both the mobile and desktop so that there is no need to recreate. Seems straight forward enough.

Why doesn't my Android keyboard predictive text work
Hi, I'm very new to Zoho. So far it looks like it'll suit my needs very well but there's one part of the Android mobile app that's making me crazy: My Swiftkey keyboard has amazing autocorrect and predictive text functions, and none of it works when I'm entering my call notes so I end up with a bunch of gibberish because of my fat fingers. Can this behavior be changed? I don't have this issue with this keyboard and any of my other apps except when I'm inputting into an email address field. Thanks

Issue with Duplicating emails
Hi, Everytime I send an email from my PC, my mobile will receive a copy of it as a "new email". Is there a setting which I can put a stop to this? Delete documents and folders?
I don't know if I'm just really bad at looking, but I've been trying to find a delete button in the Android app but can't seem to find one. Is it not possible to delete documents and folders directly in the app?
See notes, tasks, etc in Contact record on Android Mobile App
This post is specific to the Android App. When I look at a contact record, I have absolutely no way of knowing if there are any notes, linked potentials, tasks, etc for the contact without scrolling to the bottom of the page and then clicking to open each of these items. IMHO there is no need to hide the notes, calls, tasks, etc behind another menu. Scrolling on the phone is fast and I can swipe up and down much more quickly than clicking on 5 or 6 different items to see if anything is inside.

Call Result Screen - Android App
Information on the call result screen can be organized better. Call Subject and Call Description are the two most important pieces of information. They should be at the very top of the screen. Call purpose, call result and billable below that. Most of the other information should be at the very bottom of the screen since it will be rarely modified. iPad and email options
I just purchased iPads for my sales team, and they are eager to get started. One thing that I notices is that the email option is not available in the ZOHO app. Is this by design or have I missed a setup step? What is the recommended way for my sales team to use the app and communication with customers? Just use their normal Gmail account when using their iPad? using the address field to provide a map Contacts does, Events does not
I created an address field for my Event form so I could use the map feature on my iphone. This works on the contacts field, but it will not on my custom address field in the Events. Is there something I can do to activate this? Or is this just a missing feature that I am sure will be added really soon?

My company has been filling in the Notes field for Leads. Now that we are accessing this from our iPhones I cannot seem to find out where these Notes reside? Please assist, our Lead Notes has most of the info we need.
Zoho calendar not syncing on iPhone
I have zoho calendar & email on my iPhone and iPad. The calendar is not syncing on my iPhone, but it works fine on my iPad. No issues with mail on either device. I have tried deleting from both and only installing on iPhone but it still doesn't work. iPad running 7.0.2 (have not upgraded yet) iPhone running 7.0.3 I am thinking this an issue with the newest version of iOS but need it to work. I have set it up with Microsoft exchange server settings using msync.zoho.com Please advise

I set up my iphone the way the QRG explained how to. The account verified and set up in my iphone. However nothing shows up in the inbox or the calendar. Any ideas?
"do not have permission to view this module"
Hi, I reset my application on my iphone and the only thing that I can do is receive emails. If I click on a module it tells me that I do not have permission to view this module. What do I need to do to view the modules? Also, how do I change the settings so that it will stop pushing my emails to me? Thanks! Cheryl
Zoho Projects Android app not syncing projects?
I am using Projects and the Android app that goes with it. The mobile version of the website all works fine, and all projects are listed under Feed. However, in the app, only one project is listed. All the tasks and other things from other projects sync without issues, but not the projects themselves. I can't find a way to force the app to sync the projects. If I check location of the company| contact one by one, then map shows correctly from the www version on desctop (in the company widow - check address). Converted lead to transaction doesn't show information in the mobile app!
I use my iphone while I'm out meeting customers and leads and I recently converted a lead to a transaction and scheduled an appointment with the client. Once I convert the lead, I take all my transaction notes in the actual transaction and I send all emails and log all calls IN the transaction. We use mobile phones/browsers to dispatch techs. Because we cannot see Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices in a mobile browser, we use TASKS for the dispatch. We update the task when cleared and Complete the task. I then have to cut and paste the infromation from the TASK to an INVOICE. There are too many areas for errors. Does anyone have any idea how we can see Quotes/Sales Orders/Invoices in a mobile browser? Any other thoughts? Thanks.

iPhone App - transactions not showing
I went into the mobile app because I needed to call one of my clients on an active transaction. At first, no transactions were showing in my list. Zoho App 2.3.1 sync issues
Since Zoho CRM iPad version 2.3.1 was released, our field folks have been experiencing a problem with synchronization of notes with Zoho CRM. When logged into Zoho CRM from the web, I can add a note to for a contact. When I look up that contact using the iPad, the contact's notes will not come down to the pad, even after clicking the refresh button. This is causing our field force great coordination difficulty because not all users can visualize retrieval of the data.

Problem to read notes in Zoho CRM mobile in Android (version 1.12.1)
Unfortunately after one of the recent updates you did in the Zoho CRM mobile we are not able anymore to read the complete a note for contacts, only partially. If we want to read it in full the only way is to press the button "edit" and then scroll it what is not really the best way to get this information. This is really a bad situation I expect to have you correcting asap. Please inform when we can get this fix.

Sync Events to App
Hello, Most of the events I add online appear in the app, although I've noticed that a few do not. I deleted the app and re installed it and they still all don't show up. Any suggestions?
