Motivator game does not "give" points automatically

Amounts only available with Potentials
Dear Zoho, PLEASE add the options that are available on potentials, on invoices. We invoice directly in CRM, and it would be so nice, if we could have a dashboard with our invoices, showing how much (amount) we have invoiced this month. Currently, if i choose "Sum" i can only add x amount of points, for each invoice. So it can only count how many invoices that have been created/modified etc. It would be so freakin' nice, if it could also handle the total amount, like it does with Deals/Potentials

Disable tracking on admin accounts.
Hi, Is there a way to disable tracking certain accounts but still allowing them to access motivator? My situation is we have IT guys or other members of the company who are not involved in creating leads or anything similar. When I tried disabling them from Motivator they weren't able to access the program at all. I'd still like for them to be able to view the data.

Customer KPI's
I am having a hard time creating customer KPI's. When i create a custom rule it won't show up in the end behavior. The only things that will show up in the behavior are Records:, Record Owner, & Probability. I keep trying to use some of the items from the field in the Deals Module but it won't use the rule. I am currently using the Professional version of CRM. I have also tried resyncing the modules and fields and none of it seems to resolve the problem. Steve
Call KPI not showing custom Call Purpose
I'm trying to create a KPI for tracking Discovery Calls complete in a period. Unfortunately, even though I have added the Custom option of "Discovery Call" to the Calls module (and I can and have selected it when placing calls) it doesn't show up as an option in the dropdown when I am trying to create the KPI. Any thoughts?

Contest subtotals?
In contests with multiple behaviors, is there a way to show subtotals of where participants are getting their points from? Right now if there are a few behaviors in a contest, there's no easy way to tell how many points are coming from each behavior. This makes it hard for a contest participant to see where they are excelling and where they are falling short. Is there a way to do this, and if not, could this be added to Motivator? It would go a long way to help employee motivation!

Targets use a 7 day week, instead of a 5 day week
Can we get an option to use a 5 day week for computing targets? Most companies work a 5 day work week, not 7. As a result, targets can show people being 'on track' throughout the week even when the pace they're on won't let them finish by Friday, so it's not very helpful to gauge how your company is doing and give people a false sense of how successful they're being.
Sales reps can see KPIs for entire company
Is there a way to limit access to KPIs, by people or type of account? Right now our sales reps can access 'All KPIs' for the entire company, which is data we don't necessarily want all of our sales reps to see. Can we set it so that they can just see their own individual performance in those KPIs, and not the company as a whole?
Sales manager can't see KPIs for individuals
How can I allow certain CRM users to view KPIs for individuals? Right now I can see them as an admin/super admin, but other users that have the 'owner' access level can only see company data and their own data. I would like certain managers to be able to see KPIs for each sales rep that reports to them, but I don't want to give those managers full administrator access to everything. How can I do this?
Data is inaccurate
Just started a trial of Motivator, looks great but the data is wrong. I've set a simple test behavior of a Call record that has a duration that isn't empty, worth 2 points. In the CRM, I make a record like this, and in Motivator it shows that I have 2 points. So far so good. But then if I close Motivator and come back later, it shows that I only have 1 point?? Then if I delete the record from the CRM and check Motivator again, it shows that I have negative 1 points?? Why do the point totals go out
Data from Zoho CRM not Sync with Motivator

KPI will not update
KPIs have been set with the rules that are changed in the CRM. I want to use this feature, but it is not updating. eg. A certain dealer list status I want counted is not updating. If there are 10 marked, it still shows 0 in the KPI. Please advise.
Exclude Weekends from KPIs?
Hi, How do I exclude weekends from KPIs? For example, I have a KPI for Calls made, however, we never have anyone working/making calls on the weekends so the charts for the KPIs dip down to 0 every weekend. Problem with Custom Rules for Calls Created KPI
Hi, I’m evaluating Zoho Motivator for our team. I need a KPI for calls created. This exists as a default KPI. I want to set a parameter for the KPI so that it only counts calls for a certain length or longer in order to discount calls that were quick hangups, etc. However when I add the under “Other Custom Rules” > Call Duration > Greater than Or Equal > 1 — the results in the target show the user making 0 calls longer than 1 second.
