Candidates -> Send email from SMTP server
Hi, When sending email from the Candidates tab, the email is always sent via Zoho so in Gmail the from says "via Zoho". In the email tab, I have Zoho configured to send via my SMTP server so email does not show up as "via Zoho". Is there any way to configure email sent from the candidates tab to send through my SMTP server and not via Zoho? Thanks!
Big problem with published jobs
Seems to be there was an update and now all job postings are published with HTML tags, links doesn`t work etc.
When will the URL 's field data render issue for Career website pages be fixed ?

It would be really cool that once an employee is rejected from hire through the interview disposition that it would give you the option to reject the candidate in general. That would save a step.

I know this has already been asked by other users, but we are talking about a feature that is urgent and that it must become a standard in the industry. We need to track down and end up with candidates resumes in duplicate. Users should be able to do with Lon In Facebook account, or the account of Linkedin, Google, Yahoo. Captcha support for Recruit Job Applications
Having Captcha verification for job applications would be a great feature in zoho recruit. If you can't implement it on job posting sites at least have it available for applying to jobs posted on a company's own website.

I open 10-15 candidates at a time in my browser, but I cant distinguish between the various tabs because all read 'Zoho Recruit'. The title of these pages could have been more intuitive
Candidate searching in both resume text and fields at same time
Are there any plans to bring the functionality to Zoho Recruit whereby you can search in both the text of the candidate's resume and also in the selectable fields at the same time? This is a feature which is available on most ATSs and not having it on Zoho makes it much harder to sort through the candidates. This omission means that I will have to upgrade to another system one day, whereas, if you had it, you would keep my business ass my team grows.

I am new to Zoho recruit. What is the best way to figure out how to use the software?
Ability to click on link to show candidates prior sendout emails.
As you know - when you send a candidate to a client, from the candidate record you click "Forward to Client", write up an email summary and click "Attach Resume" to accompany your write up. At a future point, if I am on that candidate's record and see they were sent out to XYZ company at a previous date - I should be able to click a link and view that data. We would like to optimize some processes thus I would like to know if it is possible to "hide" some job openings or candidates from other recruiters. As you can see we have lodhiamedics as our customer- they have the option to view all the candidates. Outbox view, or Contacted list
I'd really like a way to view a list of people whom I've contacted via email in order to streamline the follow-up process. I don't see anything like "Contacted On" or "Sent Email" in the custom views. Also, nothing resembling an outbox. Any chance that a feature like this will be in a future build?

How to update fields in embed website
Hello, I am looking to update the fields on my embedded form. I have found a help page which suggests there should be a option of 'Embed in Website' beneath 'Import from document' on the right hand panel of the candidates section. However in it's place is 'Pay-per-pick'. Has the embed in website option been moved elsewhere?
Problem with uploading files
Always the same message: Empty values obtained for below mandatory fields. CV This is in the Careers website page after clicking the apply button and uploading the file in the candidates form.

Changing Candidate Status
Changing Candidate Status---it would be great if we could change a candidate's status without having to go into the job opening they are associated with. If there is a way to do so, could you please tell me? I cold call for my candidates, thus there are frequently times where I log my activity and need to change their status to reflect the outcome of the call. Thanks !

Calendar Sync Issue
HTC Android phone can post calendar date entries that immediately appear in Zoho Recruit Calendar but Zoho Calendar entires (Existing and New) do not sync with Android Default Calendar. I have already reset and reinstall, refreshed etc...

Hi there, I am unable to overwrite such info as salary, expected salary and job title on the candidate info page. I am only allowed to pick from drop downs..often this does not have the right info and it also is very time consuming.

Hello, My business is starting to grow and I am looking for a system that I can source and track candidates with. I really like Zoho. I have used another system recently and had good results because of the boards that they posted too. The name of the system is Bullhorn Reach. They post on Simplyhired, Facebook, Twiter and Linkedin and other sites. Do you think Zoho will have those capabilities or do you have them now with a upgrade? Thanks, Nena
3 Questions from a new user - Thank You Message, Resume Submission Field, and Outlook Plugin for Mac
Three questions: 1. We would like to display a "thank you" message on the screen after someone submits their resume. We could not find out where to do that within the FAQ and documentation. 2. We are using the API but the submit a resume field is not appearing on the screen, only the data capture fields. I assume it has to be added on our end but just want to make sure I'm not missing something int he admin. 3. Does the Outlook plugin only work on the PC? Is there a Mac version? Any help
