would like to sort my job openings by Open Jobs but cant seem to find the option to sort all Job Openings to that I only see the Open Jobs. Looking for All Open Jobs for all of my Account Manager.

Field job opening related at Aplicant List isn't showed

Glich in "rejecting" candidates
Every time I reject an associated candidate for a position it changes that position to filled. I must manually change the position back to in-progress.
email add on issues
I have just upgraded to use email add on in my zoho account. I use google apps for my email programs and tested the new feature using my company email account in the email settings on zoho. When a person receives my email they see the email being sent from my zoho email account, not my company email account (email header says send on behalf of my company by zoho). Can somebody advise me how this can be changed to only show my company email address, not my name at zoho. Thanks
Job listing - company link, email sharing, and zohorecruit https address visibility
A couple simple changes could really enhance the job listing capabilities: - The company logo on the job page would be a link to their site - There was some sort of "share this" functionality on a job page, where the user/candidate could at least email the job to a friend - The page link at the top was framed into the companies page if possible, or at least the zoho recruit link information was hidden. It's confusing to the job candidate to see the zoho's link instead of the company's. Can you add

customized online application form
Dear Zoho team, I realy like the possibility to have a customized online application form for each of the jobs. However, it would be nice if you found a way to improve the clarity. online application form date field
Dear ZohoRecruit Team, I was wondering why it is not possible to enter a date manually in the date field of an application form. When candidates are asked to enter their birthdate via an online form date field they have to scroll down to the respective year of birth instead of just typing it in - that demands some patience. Especially "older" people (40+) will either not get what they are supposed to do to select their year of birth or could just abort the application at that point since the scrolling

Viewing comments regarding associating and rejecting candidates to job openings
I've associated a number of people to a job opening. I am now analysing each person and rejecting those that are not suitable. I'm making a note in the comments box when I reject the candidate. How can I or someone else read these comments later? I can't seem to find out how to re-read the comments. Thanks.

Application while job stauts is "filled"
Candidates can still apply to jobs although it is unpublished and its status changed to "filled" I always want to publish the application form from the embed link and I never want to publish on corp-corp.com. After a certain time I need to close the job opening and unpublish it as well as mark it as filled. Zoho recruit used to display a message that says this hob announcement is not available when some one tries to access the application form embed link. Now anyone can still apply to any job while

Security Issue - Converting to employee
There seems to me a real security issue when a Candidate is converted to an employee. Firstly, I do not like the fact that the employee receives an email from Zoho Recruit on conversion, it should be from Zoho People. This email should also be editable to allow a company to put logo on it and maybe a welcome letter. I would argue that conceptually there is no need for an employee to have access to the recruit system anyway and the default status on conversion should be denied access, not interviewer.

Export date format
I am trying to export my Job Openings to import to ZOHO CRM but the date format comes out DD/Month/YY for example 18 - Dec - 11 This creates problems when importing to ZOHO CRM as it only recognises DD/MM/YY
Will not allow me to upload PDF resumes.
I am trying to import a resume into Zoho that is in PDF format but it doesnt allow me to upload, saying it is taking to long to carry on with my request. I have followed the instructions you have previously given me, to go into candidates, import document, but when i go to select resume format it gives me a list of countries rather than different formats. Is this correct? I would really appreciate some help as soon as possible as alot of our resumes are in this format and we need them online as soon
Add "candidate" to client contact (and vice versa)
'Candidates' often become 'Client Contacts' and vice versa...how do I 'clone' the profile info from one, to the other to avoid having to retype or manually copy and paste all the info. Is there any new functionality planned to facilitate this? e.g. 1) clone to candidate (in client contacts) or clone to client contact (in candidates) OR 2) add to candidate (and vice versa). Thanks
Date Format - US/UK
US date format - can I can this throughout the site under "Preferences"? Some instances shows the date in UK format (my preferred) and other instances still shows the US format. Thanks
Users From Another Domain
We need to grant users access from another domain. I have setup an account using the email address from the other domain,but it will only allow me to grant "Guest" access. I have also validated the account and configured and verified the integrated google apps login with the account from the other domain. When you embed the job Postings in your website the Search bar looks ugly! Maybe a good idea would be to filter your jobs by Tags such as Sector for example so you set up a tag called "Power Generation" in Zoho Recruit then in your website you can filter your jobs by this tag? how about it Zoho?
