Associate Job ID to embedded applicant form?
So I can use the api to generate the joblistings on my site, but how can I associate that listing with an embedded form generated by zoho?

Massive bug with mass candidates status update
I go to a job opening and click on a detail view of candidates. Then I filter the view to see only candidates under a specific status. Then I click on the tick box to select all these candidates and update their status. Well, then Zoho changes the status not only for these filtered candidates but FOR ALL candidates associated to the job. Guess who just wanted to reject 5 candidates and then finally rejected 290 candidates by mistake???? Not funny guys !
Territory drop-down missing on candidate page
Why is it that the jobs page has a territory drop-down, but the candidates page does not? After reading the documentation, it makes it clear that the purpose of this feature is to segment candidates across recruiting teams. That being the case, how does one separate/filter say their Health Care candidates from their IT candidates for example, if there is no drop-down combo box for territory as on the jobs page?
Call Candidate Application Form with parameter that links it to a specific job opening
Hi We are getting open job positions via API to our website. Now we would like to link each position to the Zoho Candidate Application Form, so that when a candidate submits the form the application is linked to the job position. I do not find any documentation for this, also the question has been asked in the forums before, but not answered by Zoho. I need a link that will show the candidate application form, but with a parameter that passes the Job Opening ID to the form - when the form gets submitted
Workflow: Set an action for changes of candidates status + rule criteria based on jobs
I want to set up automatic rejection emails. As some of my clients want me to work with their corporate email, I need to send these mails from different email address. It is impossible to do now. I can't create an action based on a change of candidate status + a rule criteria based on jobs. Please create that option :-)
Interview confirmation emails
I am a freelance recruiter working for several clients. Some of my clients gave me an email address from their company. The custom "from" is very useful for me. In the older version of Zoho, I was able to chose from which email address I was sending my interview confirmations, which was very convenient for me. Now, I can't do it anymore. I am stuck with one mail address for my candidates notifications. I there a possible workaround for that ? If not, would it be possible to switch back to the old

And yet another wonder from the Zoho recruit support team. After (finally) having migrated my account to the new version, all the links of application forms for the jobs I posted in the past are broken ! Please call me NOW !!!!!!!

Is there somebody still working in your support departement. I want to switch to the new version for more than 3 months and I still don't receive any feedback from you. i'm starting gathering my datas. As an HR consultant, i will strongly recommend to all my clients to never switch to ZOHO.

Gmail - how add candidates
Hi - I was using outlook with the Zoho Recruit add-on to add candidates to jobs and create client contacts. I have since moved across to Google Apps (gmail etc) and can't figure out how to add/associate candidate applications to jobs in Recruit like I could with outlook. Any advice?
Incoming emails
When I send emails from Zoho Recruit they are recorded against the candidate or client contact record. Replies are received and show up in my email but do not seem to be recorded within Zoho Recruit. Please tell me how I can have incoming emails save to candidate/contacts.

Error of error report form (no, it is not a joke)
When I got error sign with appology and recommendation to report or try again later I filled in the form and tried to submit. It showed me "unable to process" report. Please, please fix the error of error reporting form, you poor lame bastards. It is the most frequently used function in Recruit by far. :-D
Job Openings - cant open it.
Hello, when I click on "Job openings" tab betwen Home and Candidates tab, it show me error and recommendation like to try again later. This lasts for week. This is reccurring error, my colleaques have the same issue.

Interview confirmation email
I have a work rule set up to send an email to candidates and contact with interview details. According to my candidates/contacts, they are receiving to emails. However, my "sent" folder does not show that the emails have been generated nor is there a record of that the email has been sent on the candidate or contact record. Previous to yesterday, these emails were logged.

Issue with cv mailbox

Job won't insert into interview
Getting pop up screen while trying to indicate which job an interview is associated with. This screen is to report an error but when I try to I just get another error that it didn't process. Essectially, Why can't I associate a job with an interview>
Job Posting Font
I have a huge problem! All of my jobs are not posting properly on job boards or even on my website. The font is different in almost every paragraph. However, it is the same in the job description on zoho.
Candidate Import not working
i keep getting told i can import a maximum of 5,000 records only for a candidate import, and so the import function stops, but then i'm only importing less than 1,000 records? your system is not working......

As a Recruiter i have created job opening from my client and associated candidates for the particular opening. now i want to fetch my openings and associated candidates. i have tried with Leads,Accounts,Contacts and Potentials but it is showing no data found.

In the Candidates view I would like to be able to filter or at least sort by the job association. I Know that I can view candidates associated on jobs in on the job opening page however, that view is very buggy. has anyone found a workaround for this?
