Dissapearing Emails
Hello Zoho Group, I am having issues with my email. When I opened my email last night to check on some work, my inbox was empty and all my emails from sept 3 onwards just dissapeared? There is also 1 unread email showing but I cannot even find it? What is going on here? Although, if i search a certain message, it will show. I am very confused here. Please help. Thank you. Vincent

Google map the location of jobs
Can Recruit track sites (latitude/longitude) where workers will be employed? Company identifies Civil Engineering projects (roads, bridges, etc) then hires workers for those sites. Looking for a way to view single or multiple sites on a mapping program e.g. Google Earth. Is that possible within Recruit?

HI, We just upgraded to the new Z Recruit: Problem: Our Zoho Recruit Login Page is displaying in our Company Career Page. What it should be doing: Zoho Recruit should only be displaying Career page information like Open Jobs. We note: iframes no longer work with Wordpress due to security issues. So we need a solution?

Zoho is not using my email account
It appears my emails are being sent from my Zoho email and not the email account I added - even though it is selected. This is somewhat of a problem because I will not have any record of responses in my inbox. Anyway I can fix this?

Email addresses other than zoho
My colleague Victoria is not able to see her @labour-centre.com email address in the emails module even though she has added it under the "email from another address" setting option. She can only see the @zoho.com option. However, I am able to see it. It doesn't make much sense to us. I've attached a screenshot.

Zoho Recruit tasks functionality--where is it exactly?
Hello. I understand (from https://www.zoho.com/recruit/helpnew/to-dos-interviews/tasks-events-calls/create-tasks.html) that Zoho Recruit has Tasks functionality. I have been unable to find this on my UI. The help page says, "They are listed in the Zoho Recruit's Home page of the user, ToDo's home page and in other related records." I don't see Tasks on the home page, and I'm not aware of a ToDos home page. Are others using it? How exactly do you go about accessing this functionality?
E-Mail confirmation sent to applicatn instead of recruiter
Hi, after an application comes in and is automatically associated to the corresponding job, a confirmation e-mail is sent out containing the resume uploaded. BUT it's sent to the applicant instead of the admin. When I check under “Candidate Association Alert” recipient settings seem to be correct, the mail should actually be sent to the admin/Joboffer owner (and not to the candidate as it is actually sent now). What is wrong here? And ideally, the mail sent out (to the admin) should includ a link

Hi, Can you please tell me the API switch to include in request URL to get job openings that match certain tags associated with a vacancy. Outlook Plugin for ZoHo Recruit not working
Hi. I installed the 64 bit version of the Outlook Plugin on my Windows 7 (64 bit) computer with Outlook 2010 and the plugin does not seem to be working. I see no menu tab in Outlook for ZoHo Recruit. And email message show no options related to ZoHo Recruit. I have it working on other computers. I've tried to repair the installation. I've tried to uninstall and re-install. I've tried going to the Outlook Options --> Add-ins and I don't see it in the list of Add Ins. I went to Manage COM

Account Sign-on Error
One of my users previously signed up for a trial account prior to our company's purchase of the full version. She was able to sign in without issues for weeks until yesterday. Job board integration issue
All of a sudden my job board, which is integrated into our company web site is not formatted properly. I utilized an Iframe. The first landing page is correct, where it lists my menus and jobs. However, if you click on a job and it is supposed to pull up in a floating window (which does work properly inside zoho or if you go directly to the zoho link) you cannot view but the top portion of the job.
