Live stream is not working
In social media, the entire livestream is dead. Not a single message and no message when a message is received. 4 networks are connected and working. What can it be now? Any additional settings in the CRM ??
Zoho Social: Can't post to Facebook?
Hi there, I am connected to my facebook with Zoho Social. I can see posts that I post directly via facebook in Zoho Social, but for some reason I am unable to post directly via Zoho Social. It simply comes up as an error "Facebook: Whoops! You don't have publishing permission for this Facebook page. Please ask the Admin of this page to change your role." I believe this may have to do with it being a business page? How can I fix this and post directly through Zoho Social? Thanks!
Instagram posts not uploading
Hello, Over the last couple of days we've experienced problems uploading scheduled posts to Instagram. they just aren't uploading the only way we can post is directly via the Instagram app. Is there a bug or do we need to update something? Thanks

Tips on managing Facebook comments
Hello, Looking for any tips/advice on managing comments to Facebook posts. We have the integration with Zoho Desk enabled and this seems to work fine for Direct Messages but for comments against one of our posts we cannot see any replies. All the comments against a particular post do not appear either - we have converted the post to a ticket but we can only see some replies. Any further guidance out there that could help? Stuart

We like to quote a tweet and set aside time to monitor content and add our perspective to other's posts. But we cant sent them all at once or we will bombard people. How are others dealing with this? It is a basic feature in Buffer and Hootsuite. Is there something I am missing? Is this coming soon?

Here are some of the more *obvious* ones which you may have noticed: Switching between Brands made easier You can now arrange your Brands view from your Zoho Social homepage. Hit the Brand icon to open the drop-down that lists all of your connected Brands. From here you can arrange based on last-used, or alphabetical order.
Reconnecting Facebook Pages [API update]
Hey there, We're here to give you a quick reminder to reconnect your Facebook Pages to your Zoho Social account, following an API change that Facebook has initiated that's been in effect since June 30, 2020. Due to updates in the Facebook Message permission workflow, anyone using a third-party tool such as Zoho Social to access their Facebook Messages will have to reconnect their accounts to push these changes into effect. Failure to do this will result in Facebook depreciating the Messages feature

Hello. I've experienced a very frustrating issue with Instagram. I was getting an error for my scheduled posts that said I needed to reconnect Instagram. I went to setting to do so and it said that Instagram was connected. I figured I'd disconnect and reconnect in order to get it to work. Can't generate thumbnail previews from Twitter posts
Hi I've copied a link to a Tweet (https://twitter.com/tomfishburne/status/1244301595057086464?s=20) but, when I try to paste it into a new post in Social I get the message "Unable to generate thumbnail preview for this URL". I have to post the unshortened link which is shown as a URL instead of the thumbnail - nowhere near as effective. What governs whether a thumbnail can be generated or not? Many thanks Steve

Hi, Since today is not possible publish to Zoho Social using the Chrome extension. Works fine from the web, only from the Extension is not possible. When we click in "Publish now", nothing happends. The Chrome Dev console shows this error: "Uncaught TypeError: Reach.PublishPost.checkPostActionEdited is not a function at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (socialapp.do?action=posttemplatePE&browser=chrome:1)" Appesars to be a website/javascript issue. Why are the stats off in zoho social?
When I compare the stats that are on Zoho to the stats for Twitter Analytics as well as the stats for Facebook analytics, the numbers don’t correlate. Any particular reason? Four instance, on Zo ho, it indicates that I’ve only posted 62 post on Twitter for a 28 day. But when you contact pic Twitter Twitter says I posted 77 tweets. And the engagement rates are different.

Some time ago, i set a post to be recurring. Every 10 days or something, it posts the same post. Today, i'm trying to figure out how to edit that post, because i'd like to refresh it.
