今回、Zoho CRM にて、次の機能がアップデートされました。

① ユーザー項目:役職や所属しているユーザーグループに関するフィルターの適用
② ユーザー詳細画面:所属しているグループの表示

以下、各機能のアップデートに関する詳細を紹介します。

① ユーザー項目:役職や所属しているユーザーグループに関するフィルターの適用

これまではデータの検索を行うフィルターにて、ユーザーを指定してデータの条件を定義することができました。
(例)データの担当者を条件に追加して、見込み客のデータを検索する



このたびのアップデートにより、ユーザー項目の新しいフィルター条件が3つ追加されました。追加された条件は、以下の通りです。
  • 役職に関連付けられている
  • 役職に関連付けられていない
  • グループに関連付けられている
今回のアップデートは、ユーザーの役割やユーザーグループに基づいたデータを取得できるようにすることで、よりニーズに合った結果を抽出するために行われました。

追加された条件は、以下の箇所で利用可能です。

※「グループに関連付けられている」という条件は、詳細フィルターでのみ利用可能です。(2023年6月26日現在)

② ユーザー詳細画面:所属しているグループの表示

今回のアップデートにより、ユーザーの詳細情報画面からユーザーがどのグループ(所属先、部門など)に関連付けられているか、確認できるようになりました。

設定 > ユーザーと権限 > ユーザー の順に進み、特定のユーザーの詳細に表示されているグループの欄に記載されています。



この機能アップデートは、すべてのデータセンターの組織に適用されています。
