1. 時間ベースの数式を自動更新とリアルタイムの値を表示

数式項目のプロパティに関数「Now()」を含む数式項目の値をリアルタイムで自動更新するというチェックボックスを導入しました。
Before:データが手動で編集されるか、自動化によって更新されたときにのみ、数式項目は最新の結果を計算し、値を表示していた。
After:チェックボックスをオンにすると、数式をすべてのデータにわたって継続的かつ同時に計算することが可能に。

利用イメージ:
ある顧客が解約する可能性を確認するために、その顧客の契約年数を計算する。
保険契約の申込者の適格性を確認するに、現在の日付における申込者の年齢を計算する。



自動更新チェックボックスをオンにすると、ユーザーがデータを閲覧または編集するたびに、関連する数式が実行されます。
これにより、ユーザーは常に正しい時間測定値を見ることができます。

制限事項
・タブごとに、Now関数を使用して2つの項目にのみ自動更新を適用できます。
・日付/時刻を返すタイプの数式は、日付/時刻ベースのトリガーに基づくワークフローでは使用できません。
・自動更新が有効な項目は、表示するたびに値が更新されます。しかし、これはデータの編集には適用されません。
・データの編集に基づく自動化がある場合、データが実際に「編集」されない限り、このデータは使用されません。
・また、これらの項目を使用してカスタムビューやフィルターを作成することはできません。

2. 条件に基づいて数式の実行停止   

 

数式による値の自動更新を停止する条件を指定することができるようになり、特定の条件に基づいて計算を停止したり
値を固定したりすることができるようになりました。

 

これまでZoho CRM には、数式の計算を効果的に停止する機能がなく、締切日を過ぎても期間の計算が継続されていました。

一方で、数式が常に実行されることを期待するケースとは対照的に、特定の条件下で数式の実行を停止したい場合もあります。
たとえば、ある顧客が解約し、解約までにかかった時間を計算したい場合などです。
このようなケースでは、特定の条件を満たした際に数式を停止できる機能が求められます。

そこで、新しい関数を活用すると、次のような計算が可能になります。

  • 商談が交渉中であった日数の計算

  • コンバージョン前のトライアルに費やされた日数の計算

  • 製品の出荷にかかった日数の計算

データに影響を与えるイベントが発生するたびに進行中の計算を停止することで、
特定のステージで費やされた時間を正確に把握できるようになります。

 

 

 3. 既存の数式を使用して新しい数式を作成   


数式設定の項目部分で利用可能な項目のリストに、Zoho CRM の他の項目と同じように既存のすべての数式項目もリストされます。
管理者は、構文を繰り返すことなく、既存の数式を使用して新しい数式を作成できるようになりました。
