400 Bad Request - Unable to process your request

Hello,

Today (13/03/2025) there was a problem with the advanced forms in ZOHO DESK. I have them integrated into my site - I front-end collect the data needed for the form - populate the form with them and submit according to the POST method in the code generated in the form. A problem has arisen because without making any changes to the environment and form I keep getting the error 400 Unable to process your request. Interestingly, if I use the code e.g. in w3schols throughout and use the ZOHO layout without uploading the data separately after collecting it, the ticket is created without any problem. 

I do not receive any other information from the system apart from 400 Bad request - Unable to process your request. This is too little information for me to determine what the problem is. The service is crucial to my business and I would ask for help. Maybe some of you have encountered such a problem.

In parallel I have an open ticket on this issue - ## 1452159 ## - I would ask for help. It is possible that the scale is larger and it is not just about my organisation.
