Adding Appointment for Customer marks it as 'paid'
Hello,
I currently have Zoho Bookings set up so that my customers can book appointments and pay now or later with the paypal integration. This is great because I can keep track of what has and hasn't been paid for by the customer.
I would like to sometimes add appointments myself for the customer. If I use the 'add appointment' function, I can select a customer and time but the appointment is marked as 'paid' instead of 'pending'. There is also no way to edit this to mark it as unpaid or pending until it has been paid.
Is there a way to do this so that I can still make the appointments for my customers and they can just be reminded via email through zoho bookings to pay for the appointment?
