I have imported leads into the CRM via a .xls document, and the import is showing up as having been successful, however - when I try and locate the leads in the CRM system, I cannot find them. 

1. There are no filters applied 

2. They are not visible under 'all leads' 

3. I cannot find the imported info in the system (i.e when searching an email address that was imported) 

Please can you advise? I am using this method as a result of the CRM not pulling through mapped information from Gravity Forms properly, so if you know of a reason why that isn't working either, please could you let me know.
