Hello Zoho Community,

We currently use Google Workspace for our company emails and do not want to migrate our email accounts or data to Zoho Mail.

However, we would like to use Zoho Mail as an email client, similar to Microsoft Outlook, by connecting our existing Google Workspace accounts.

We also need to give selected users access to multiple company email accounts so they can monitor and manage emails from a single login.

Is this possible in Zoho Mail without migrating from Google Workspace? If yes, please share the recommended setup and explain how multiple mailbox access and permissions can be managed.
