Change staff for a booking/apointment
Hi!
When many employees are in the same workspace and the customers cannot choose the employee, what are the rules for Zoho to attributing staff member? We are two in my team and I would like Zoho to attribute all apointments to me unless a customer asks for another service at the same time.
And is it possible to change staff linked to an apointment once the booking is in the calendar?
