Connection SAP ECC rel 6.0 with ZoHo CRM

Hello,
is there anybody who has successfully connected SAP ECC 6.0 with ZoHo CRM?

I just want to match experience of one specific topics related to the representation like the folliwing example
Ex.

Customer 100
opened in several sales area 

Sales area 1    , point of sale1   --->  followed by Agent 1  of the company  


Sales area 2    , point of sale1  ----> followed by Agent 2  of the company

Agent 1 and 2 are part of sales organization of the company that we want to epresent in Zoho 
Agent 1 linked to his boss that are real user of CRM  
Agent 2 linked to his boss that are real user of CRM 

For sure for each point of sales we need to list the customer contact linked to the ACCOUNT (customer 100)

Which possibility i've to represent in easy way this SAP organization in CRM Zoho (account and contact)
I´m happy about any feedback of a best practise.
