Hi Zoho,
One massive oversight of the Zoho CRM is the inability to add multiple sites or locations to one account. Many organisations have several (in some cases, hundreds) of sites across the country or even the globe. The workaround to this, of course, is to create a different Member Account for every single site/location, but this is inefficient and there are issues with this - such as when searching or filtering for an account, you'll be presented with hundreds of accounts for that single account, when really you just want the parent account.
We can't be the only business who uses Zoho CRM that is in dire need of this functionality. Zoho works really well for our sales pipeline, but as soon as a Deal goes into Closed Won status, we need the ability to add a SITE under the account that the Deal was created under.
We'd need to be able to assign Projects, Invoicing, and Desk records to the module at the very least, which is something we can't do with custom modules.
