Hello there,

we use a ZohoForm as a worksheet, i.e. users use it to track start time, break and stop time for every working day.

The ZohoCRM org time zone is set on GM -4, so is the Time Zone in the Date&Time section in ZohoForm (see attachment). Despite of that the records that generate in ZohoCRM with every ZohoForm entry show a totally different time.

Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to solve this?
