Elke maand brengen we de Community Digest uit om onze gebruikers te informeren over de mijlpalen en talloze updates in onze producten. Februari markeert de start van de langverwachte Zoholics kaartverkoop, de viering van 100+ WordPress plugin integraties in Zoho Flow, de 10e verjaardag van Zoho Social, de nieuwe mogelijkheid om direct mail te versturen binnen de Cases module in CRM en de officiële release van LiveCase in Zoho Show. We vieren 100+ WordPress plugin-integraties in Zoho Flow

We zijn verheugd om een belangrijke mijlpaal met u te delen - Zoho Flow ondersteunt nu meer dan 100 WordPress plugin integraties! De Zoho Flow plugin in WordPress heeft ook 4000+ downloads bereikt. Deze prestatie komt slechts zeven maanden nadat we de 50 plugins in onze WordPress integratie galerij hebben overschreden. Met deze integraties kunt u workflows automatiseren tussen uw WordPress ecosysteem en meer dan 1.000 zakelijke apps. Van e-commerce en online formulieren tot marketingautomatisering en CMS, u kunt nu taken stroomlijnen tussen afdelingen en teams zonder afhankelijk te zijn van meerdere integratieplugins, aangepaste code of verschillende integratieplatforms. Zoho Social wordt 10 jaar!

In de afgelopen tien jaar heeft Zoho Social zich ontwikkeld tot een krachtige tool voor het beheren van sociale media. Van LinkedIn tot WhatsApp tot Threads, de software stelt bedrijven van alle groottes in staat om eenvoudig hun social media accounts bij te houden en te beheren.

Er zijn belangrijke mijlpalen bereikt, zoals meer dan 10 miljoen verzonden berichten en meer dan 100 miljoen gepubliceerde posts... Dit wakkert het vuur van onze ontwikkelaars aan om te blijven groeien en de functionaliteit van Zoho Social te verbeteren, en er is ons verteld dat automatisering hoog op de prioriteitenlijst staat voor de komende tien jaar.

Direct e-mails versturen via de Cases module in CRM

De mogelijkheid om e-mails te versturen vanuit de Cases module, waar gebruikers reikhalzend naar hebben uitgekeken, is nu beschikbaar, net als in de andere modules. Cases is een module in Zoho CRM die speciaal is ontworpen voor het beheren van supporttickets. Als uw organisatie een helpdesk of een vergelijkbare tool heeft, kan een gebruiker de tickets direct vanuit de Cases module oplossen.

Voorheen moesten gebruikers naar de module Contacten gaan om een e-mail te versturen over een case. Bovendien verschenen bij het bekijken van gegevens van een contactpersoon alle e-mails die aan de contactpersoon waren gekoppeld, waardoor het lastig was om e-mails te vinden die betrekking hadden op een specifieke zaak.

In deze verbetering kunnen gebruikers ervoor kiezen om alle casusspecifieke e-mails te bekijken die naar de gekoppelde contactpersoon zijn verzonden vanuit de module Zaken, waardoor extra context wordt geboden. Gebruikers kunnen nu ook individuele e-mails en massamails rechtstreeks vanuit de module Zaken naar de gerelateerde contactpersoon sturen.
