Dear Zoho One Support Team,

I’m writing to request your assistance to disassociate (remove) the Bigin application from our Zoho One organization while preserving all existing Bigin data. After the disconnection is successfully completed, we intend to upgrade our Bigin subscription to the standalone Bigin Premier plan for 3 seats with annual billing.

Scope of Request

  1. Please disassociate Bigin from Zoho One without deleting or altering any Bigin data.

  2. Following a successful disconnection, convert Bigin to a standalone subscription and upgrade to Bigin Premier (3 seats, annual billing).

  3. Billing:

    • Cease charging Bigin under Zoho One effective [Effective Date].

    • Issue a new invoice for Bigin (Standalone, Premier, 3 seats, annual) to the following billing profile: [Billing Name/Address/Tax Details/Payment Method].

  4. Confirm the effective date/time and provide post-migration validation steps (e.g., login access, user permissions, automations/webhooks, if any).
