lm exploring WhatsApp marketing and I’d like to understand what options are available within the Zoho ecosystem.

Currently, I see:

• Zoho SalesIQ has a broadcast option, but it seems very limited — for example, it doesn’t support uploading contacts via CSV or importing from other data sources.

• Zoho MarketingAutomation appears to support WhatsApp notification integration, but it does not offer two-way chat functionality (i.e., having WhatsApp conversations with contacts).
