Hello ZeptoMail Support Team,

We are facing an email delivery issue in our ZeptoMail account where emails are failing with the status “Process failed” and the reason “Relaying issues – Mail sending blocked.”

Observations

  • The domain iwwa.info is verified and correctly mapped to the agent.
  • Multiple emails attempted from the same sender are consistently failing.
  • No recent configuration changes were made before the issue started.
  • The issue is reproducible across different recipient addresses.
