Feature Request: Allow Users to Edit their Own Working Hours (currently requires admin)

Right now only the admin role can edit the "Working Hours" for a user/consultant.

Please allow users to edit their own schedule in the user settings page.

Only users with Admin permissions have an edit button for this section.
