The auto-collapse feature within a ticket is nice for screen scrolling, however it makes it difficult to find text within the ticket if the email is collapsed. In fact you cannot find text if it is collapsed. I would like to propose a feature that allows searching within the ticket or an expand all toggle which will expand all the threads and conversations to allow better use of ctrl+f to find the text you're looking for.

This may also benefit from modern browsers implementing a 'link to this text' function as part of the browser as it could be part of the URL (expanded/collapsed).
