We recently rolled out FSM to our technicians, and only one technician is having an issue. He's using an iPhone with iOS 18.6 installed. When he goes to service appointments using the calendar icon at the bottom of the app, he gets a list view only. Typically, there is a calendar icon next to Service Appointments at the top of the screen that has a slash through it if you are in list view. If you want to change to calendar view, you click that calendar, the slash goes away, and a week view calendar opens below the All Service Appointments drop down menu.

For this technician, the calendar icon with slash at the top of the page does not exist. He has no way to adjust the days he's seeing, and I can't figure out why. He's tried refreshing app data and uninstalling/reinstalling it. All other users under the same profile have the calendar icon available. Any idea how I can get this fixed for him?
