After digging around in the new Spaces UI, I found a couple of admin features that aren't well documented yet but are really useful. Sharing here in case others are looking for the same things.
๐ How to Change the Default Space Users Land On at Login
By reordering your Spaces, you can control which Space loads first when users log in. Here's how:

โ How to Create a Custom Space with Specific Apps
Above the Manage Spaces link in the same dropdown, there is a + Create Space option. This allows admins to:
This is especially useful for creating role-specific or department-specific Spaces โ for example, a Finance Space with only Zoho Books, Expense, Inventory, and Payroll, or a Sales Space with just CRM, SalesIQ, and Bigin.
Why This Matters
Zoho's own documentation on the Spaces UI is still catching up, and I couldn't find either of these features covered in the help articles. Hopefully this saves someone else the time of hunting through the UI.
