Good day, how do I get the Number of Responses as per the "Response Time" dashboard in Zoho Desk?

I'm trying to do this in Zoho Analytics but again I'm not getting the same results.

Can I please get some assistance on how to replicate this exactly and what fields am I supposed to use?
