Incoming Mail Blocked

Hi My two emails (moorthi@jaivashinicottontex.com & prakash@jaivashinicottontex.com) incoming mails were blocked. kindly help me to solve the issues asap. Following warning message occurs 

"We have blocked your account "prakash@jaivashinicottontex.com" temporarily as a security precaution.

Block Type: Mail Incoming blocked. Reason : Mail Box disabled. Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts."
