In Adobe Experience Manger this is accomplished through their software acting as the hub for the CMS (Content management/ECM (Enterprise Content Management) not only configuring a unified planner but also by connecting the separate marketing software into one content management and digital asset management system to make the storage, reuse, and tracking of all content within the marketing departments accessible for building engagement through online community experiences through brand-owned and non-owned user groups and forums.
I can see how this is being done so far through the back-end integration of Zoho's other marketing related software. It seems others cannot see it as they may not have experienced this comparative tool in action. Here is where some additional integrations and training from Zoho could simplify this possible end game for marketing teams
