Project's Activity Stream Needs to Include Task Comments

When inside a Project, and clicking Dashboard -> Activity Stream, we see all Comments but we don't see any Comments posted within Tasks.  We need to see Task Comments as they are equally important when viewing an Activity Stream so that we don't have to hunt for comments Task by Task.

Is there any setting to enable so that Task Comments are also listed in a Project's Activity Stream?

On a side note, when I click Feed -> Activity Steam, Comments posted in Tasks are shown.  But then you have to click Filter and select the Project to filter by.  While this is good, when we are working on a Project we are always inside the project and need to see the Task Comments in that Activity Feed as well so that we don't have to be always clicking back and forth from Feed and then clicking back to go inside a Porject.  That's too time consuming.

Can there be an option to toggle on/off when inside a Project and clicking Dashboard -> Activity Feed to include Task Comments or not just as they are visible from Feed?

For extra credit, it would be great if the color icons to the left of each comment differentiated between an Internal Client User and an External Client User.  We need to be able to quickly pinpoint comments from all External Client Portal Users.
