i am facing an issue with some of my clients , when they book an appointment sometime they add 0 before their mobile number although they doesn't need to 

is there any way to add a custom function to remove the first digit if its a 0

for example

 

client enter his mobile number like this:

+966 : 0506250136

 

it will be registered as +9660506250136 in zoho booking and zoho crm

 

i want to remove the first digit " 0" 

so the system should store it as +966506250136

 

is there any way to do that ?
