Hello everyone,

As you know, notes are essential for recording information and ensuring smooth communication across your records. With our latest update, you can now use Rich Text formatting to organize and structure your notes more efficiently.


By using formatting options like bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, text and background colors, bullet points, numbering, links, indentation, subscript, superscript, and emojis, you can convey your ideas more effectively.

This update is available across all editions and modules that support Notes, including the mobile app.

What's Next?

Replies - Respond directly to notes.
Reactions - Provide quick feedback with emoji reactions.
Pinning - Keep important notes at the top.

InfoRelease Plan: This feature has been enabled for AU, JP and CN DCs. It will be rolled out for other DCs in phases.
InfoUpdate: This feature is now enabled for EU DC.
AlertLatest Update on 11th November 2025:
This feature is now enabled for all users in all the data centers.
