Staff notification emails sent using buffer time
I noticed that staff notification emails have been sent and arrive at the wrong time. For example, I have notifications set for 1 day, 2 hours, and 30 minutes prior to an event. They were arriving 30 minutes or 1 hour earlier than they should have.
I was just notified by Zoho Bookings support that they are including the pre-buffer time, so if you set the pre-buffer to 30 minutes, and the notification email to 30 minutes before the event, the notification email will be sent 1 hour before the event instead of 30 minutes.
This is the wrong way to do this. The pre-buffer should not be included in that time calculation. No other scheduling software does this as far as I'm aware, especially Calendly.
