First of all, I wanted to congratulate you on the great tool that you have created. However, as with everything, there are important points for improvement, and I wanted to raise some of them:
Brand-Specific Configuration: When we configure different senders within the tool, it is often because we manage different brands. It would be beneficial if the registration thank you emails and pages, etc., could be programmed by brand.
Mobile Application: When will we have a mobile application similar to Zoho Campaigns? This would greatly enhance our user experience on the go.
WhatsApp Integration: The interaction with WhatsApp to send campaigns is great, but it has a major problem. If people respond to those messages, we cannot see these responses anywhere. This creates a very negative brand image as the client can respond, and we remain unaware of it.
