Hope you’re doing well.
We’re actively using the Zoho Desk–Zoho Projects integration, which helps our support and project teams stay aligned. However, we noticed that when we change a task’s status in Zoho Projects, the change is not reflected in the linked ticket in Zoho Desk.
We understand this is the current system behavior, as the integration only syncs certain details like comments, subject, description, and due date - but not the status.
We’d like to request an enhancement that allows task status updates in Zoho Projects to automatically reflect in the related Zoho Desk ticket.
This improvement would make coordination between support and project teams much smoother, ensuring that Desk always reflects the current progress of the linked project tasks without needing manual updates.
