Con todas las acciones que realizamos en un día de trabajo, y añadiendo la variedad de las actividades realizadas es realmente importante disponer de un CRM para llevar el registro de todo. Personalmente, considero que las notas también son muy importantes, ya que recogen información adicional que no se muestra en los campos, ya sea para mí misma o para que mis compañeros lo tengan en cuenta. En el tip CRM de esta semana, vamos a ver cómo podemos organizar las notas en los registros de CRM basados en nuestras preferencias. Y como siempre, te dejo el enlace a los tips anteriores para que no dejes de aprender nuevos trucos.
Tip #24: Organiza tus Notas en Zoho CRM.
Las notas forman una parte integral de los registros, y juegan un papel vital en el uso de Zoho CRM. Con ellas puedes hacer el seguimiento del estado de registros individuales - posibles clientes, contactos, cuentas, tratos, etc. Con sólo un vistazo rápido a las notas puedes recordarte a ti mismo el estado de un registro, o mantener al corriente a alguien de tu equipo que esté trabajando con el registro.
Sin embargo, como individuos tenemos distintas preferencias a la hora de organizarnos en el trabajo, y esto también se aplica a la lectura de las notas. Mientras que unos pueden preferir tener las notas más recientes al final, para así leer las actividades en orden cronológico y de arriba a abajo, otras personas pueden preferir ver las últimas actualizaciones en la parte superior, y así no tener la necesidad de ver las notas anteriores. Esta preferencia se puede cambiar de forma sencilla en la parte superior derecha, como te mostramos a continuación:
Además, puedes decidir si sólo quieres ver las notas escritas por el contacto, o todas, incluyendo las creadas automáticamente.
¿Sabías que también puedes añadir títulos y archivos adjuntos a las notas para mayor referencia? Por ejemplo, puedes adjuntar documentos que el cliente haya compartido contigo, o archivos que tú quieras tener a tu disposición cuando estés viendo el registro de tu cliente.
Por último, también tienes la posibilidad de importar notas a tu CRM, o exportar notas desde tu CRM, desde/a otras aplicaciones Zoho y aplicaciones externas. El procedimiento lo puedes encontrar en el siguiente enlace.
