You can easily identify regional hotspots, see trends in support requests, and determine which areas require more attention or additional resources. Whether your team manages a few clients locally or supports customers globally, Geo Insights provides a bird’s-eye view of your operations.
To access Geo Insights, log in to your Zoho Assist account using your credentials. Then, navigate to Reports and choose Geo Insights from the left panel. Using this feature is straightforward. Once enabled, you can start exploring interactive maps in just a few clicks. Hover over any region to see session counts, drill down for more granular data, and export reports for presentations or team reviews.
