Stay informed by following threads

Want to be notified about the activities happening over a specific thread without getting directly involved there? In shared inboxes, not every message requires your immediate response, but that doesn’t mean it’s irrelevant. Without a clear way to keep an eye on key conversations, you can easily miss a few important contexts.

Zoho TeamInbox allows you to easily follow such threads to see what's happening there and stay informed without adding noise to your workflow. When you follow a thread, you will be notified about the activities happening there, such as thread assignments, comments made, etc.

To follow, navigate to the thread and click Follow at the top-right corner. This thread will now be visible under your Following view.If you don't want to receive updates about the thread you are following, you can unfollow by clicking the Unfollow button on the top-right corner of the thread. Now this thread will be removed from the Following view.
