Hello everyone,
As ShowTime aims to develop into a robust and holistic e-learning platform, here's another interesting feature that can help you, as trainers, plan and conduct sequential training sessions with ease.
As a presenter, conducting presentations, workshops, or online courses will consume a lot of time and effort, with planning, structuring, creating and scheduling the presentation at your preferred data and time. It can make your job even harder if you need to schedule some training sessions multiple times, delivering the same content each time. Rescheduling training programs and managing registrants for each training can quickly become overwhelming.
That's why Zoho ShowTime now allows you to set up recurring sessions for your trainers, students, or colleagues that can occur at regular intervals such as daily, weekly, or monthly, over a specified period. You can also customize the timings and allow your participants to register for their preferred sessions, either all at once or as an individual registration, depending how your course is organized.
Here is how to schedule a recurring session in ShowTime:
When you create a session, select the frequency for it to occur, e.g. weekly or monthly and the date you want it to repeat until.
Choose the mode of registration you want your trainees to use to register for the session such as multiple registration or a single registration for all of the occurrences.
