What to do in MarketingHub after converting a Lead into a CRM Customer (Contact)
Hey guys!
First of all let me say, great job with this new addition. You nailed it!
Now, I'm a bit confused about MarketingHub and the CRM sync. I understand the importance of marketing to Leads but, I don't see a clean view or tab where I can identify and market my CRM contacts (already customers) in MarketingHub interface.
I see there's Pre-made Journey templates for customer retention and loyalty but there is not a specific tab to identify customers. All I see is a Leads tab which I understand we can sync contacts and leads from the CRM, but it gets confusing for us who work with the CRM and convert leads into contacts. For us, those contacts are not leads anymore.
I just wish we had a Costumer tab as well.
