I've just moved from Office 365 to Zoho Workplace and have been generally really positive about the new platform -- nicely integrated, nice GUI, good and easy-to-understand control and customisation, and at a reasonable price.

However, what is going on with Meeting? I frequently use Zoom, Teams and FaceTime from my office and they are all more or less perfect -- seldom do I have issues with video, audio or sync and people look crystal clear. But Zoho Meeting is terribly by comparison. Constant video/sync issues, blurred video and lag. The person I just spoke to was on a 120/20mbps connection and I am on a slightly slower 60/10mbps connection. The other day the other person was on a major university network and I was on a 120/20mbps connection, but that made no difference. Again, with the other platforms, it's 99% perfect 99% of the time with same network connection. 

Clearly Zoho doesn't intend for it to be like this. So what is the problem and can it be fixed?
