Zoho Account delete function

Hello Zoho support team

The issue is as follows:

Step1: Created an account community@bisonenergy.net
Step2: Deleted this account.
Step3: Created the new group mail using the same mail address, but the data already exists.
            So I have to change the name to aucommunity@bisonenergy.net, it's successful.
Step4: I make sure the all users and groups, nothing community@bisonenergy.net

So I would like to know this reason, and how to solve this issue. Maybe the account deleted way is wrong?
