Zoho booking missing feature
Hi,
I recently setup Zoho Booking for my business to help in appointment scheduling, and it works well. However now when I think of starting online payment acceptance, seem that Zoho may not be able the right tool.
Cause while i can integrate a payment gateway by upgrading I see that if a refund or cancellation occur I would need to manage that manually.
Expectation: So if I have to cancel a booking or a customer cancels it a payment refund process should initiate post my approval.
Please share if my understanding it accurate and if there is way to manage refund within the Zoho Booking itself.
