Hello everyone,
Don't know where to start...I was using Bigin by Zoho until early July 2022 and then my needs got bigger so I transfered to Zoho CRM professional license after that my problems started because developers didn't clear my logs.
- Problem NO1
I had problems with syncronizing Office 365 IMAP with Zoho crm, and after 15 days support team solve this. Guys from Microsoft checked that in 30 minutes and they said that it is Zoho ends responsible for the issue.
- Problem NO2
Soon after the 1st problem was solved, new problem occured, incoming mail was not working and the Zoho team worked on this case for another 15 days. Microsoft checked from their end and it was perfectly configured from them. so it's on Zoho's end again.
Finally, they fixed this and I'm starting to use Zoho CRM and sending mass emails and everything else then suddenly new problem occurs
- Problem NO3
Everything was working perfectly for 5 days and then the messages inbox in the toolbar suddenly stop working on 24.08.2022 and I can not see new emails anymore. Except for this, I'm perfectly receiving incoming emails individually in contacts but nothing on Messages (all inbox mails) which is crucial for me.
The result still didn't solve for almost 5 days. I report this problem on 24.08.2022.
- Problem NO4
For some reason, I can't synchronize Microsoft 365 calendar (outlook calendar) with Zoho?! We had a remote session with Zoho support 5 days ago but still no answer for them. And my calendar still not working?!
Instead of sales and budget chasing, I'm stuck chasing the Zoho support team almost every day and I lost a total of 45 days of productive work fixing bugs and chatting with notorious Zoho support
And ofcourse they charged my credit card for the month of July-2022 and August-2022 even though I didn't use CRM properly, due to major functions disruptions. I also mentioned it to them a few times but still no answer even to this day.
I'm very disappointed and tired of ZOHO Corp customer support and CRM full of bugs, I'm losing time and money with them. I'm begging them to fix my problems but their customer support team every time apologizes but has no action.
MY QUESTION TO ZOHO: ARE YOU GONNA FIX THE BUGS (the whole CRM is full of bugs and is not working properly) GUYS FROM MICROSOFT SUPPORT SUGGEST THAT THAY WANT TO HAVE CALL WITH ZOHO SO THEY CAN CHECK EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY AND SORT THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL?
I'm feeling kind of tricked (fooled) by Zoho!

Hello, My notes are continuously not saving. I make sure to save them, I know the process to save them. It is not operator error. I go back into a Leads profile a while later and do not see the previous notes that I have made.
