Zoho CRM Mobile App Falls Short when it comes to VOIP Integration
I use the CRM all throughout my day and it is mostly through my Ipad Pro, but I use the Jive Integration feature to make and log all of my calls and this is only available on the desktop web browser. This would not be an issue except for the fact that the only available options to place calls through the app is either the mobile device or Skype. If the jive integration is already set up on the desktop version, why isn't it available through the mobile version as well. Or even make zoho crm accessible through the mobile browser that it functions the same as the desktop version.
