Hi Desk team,

Are there any plans to introduce a calendar or timeline view for Events in Zoho Desk?

It would be very helpful if we could see Events visually in a calendar and/or timeline. This is very helpful when desk side support activities need to be rescheduled.

In that case it would be a great user experience to drag and drop on the view to reschedule.
