Introducing the latest advanced shipping integration module for Zoho Inventory partnered with Easyship , Envia, Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Courier Guy helping you create shipping label for your carrier accounts in the easiest way possible by accessing them directly from the Zoho Inventory app.
Easyship

How does Zoho Inventory connects with these service providers?
Zoho Inventory, the inventory and order management solution from Zoho had an existing integration with Easyship, Shiprocket and Envia for the past few years as an API consumer model where the label generations were taken care by the third party website, supported by API integrations.
As per the latest updates with Zoho Inventory, all the above mentioned shipping integrations which are shipping aggregator platforms along with Delhivery in India, and Courier Guy from South Africa, helping to manage and minimize the amount of interaction a user has to make with an external website by helping them create these shipments within the Zoho Inventory app itself.
Once the user creates the sales order in Zoho Inventory, they can directly create a package slip and further with the help of the pre-defined parcel types or by providing the dimensions, weight of the package, and the PIN/ZIP codes for delivery accessed from the item information and the sales orders, the system can show multiple shipping carrier options with their rates and delivery options. Upon the selection of shipment service, the system generates a shipping label within the Zoho Inventory app ready to be downloaded, printed, and placed on the package.
On shipment creation, the customer can be informed of the shipment details, including shipping carrier details, tracking number, and tracking links. The sales orders in the Zoho Inventory system will be auto updated or closed based on the delivery status pushed from the shipping platforms, thus reducing manual intervention.
