I am trainer. My focus area is Project Management and MS Project. I have used Zoho CRM to a good extent. Though, I was interested in using ZOHO projects, as there were no live projects, I could not take it up for studies.
Recently a client has asked me to deliver Zoho Projects training. The client is not interested to share the user account. The firm is small. I am not too sure whether the version is premium or enterprise. I am also not too sure whether they need any post training support for some period.
I am planning to purchase a premium or enterprise version subscription for a month or two and for the assignment.
My questions
1. Do I have to create at least 2 users, to simulate any critical issue?
2. I checked the available tutorials. There are some good video tutorials (like on at the site for Beginners). Are there any tutorials (pdf or word] which explain the process in step by step manner?Ebooks and Guides are preferred. Pl share the links, if you have.

Task Inline Editing Enhancement
Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
