Zoho Bookings and Syncing Office365 Calendar
Does Zoho Bookings sync with MS Office 365? I see that it syncs with Google calendar and zCRM / zCalendar...but not MS Office 365? If not, is it in the pipeline?
Zoho Bookings Issues
Just recently migrated from Calendly and Office365 to Zoho Bookings and Zoho Mail. Running into so many issues. 1. When I reschedule a Zoho Bookings meeting - it updates the meeting in my ZOho mail calendar - but still send the notification with the old date/time. It is so confusing for everyone. 2. Introducing the integration with O365/Outlook.com
We are happy that O356/Outlook.com has been added to our list of Calendar integrations which already includes Google, Zoho and Zoho CRM. The integration is a two-way sync leaving no chance for a double booking. O356/Outlook.com calendar integration is available in all plans including the Free plan. When are the new updates coming?
I cannot seem to find an official update in Zoho Bookings since Dec 2019. I was told that there will be more regaular updates and that they will become visible within the app similar to that of Zoho Books with a timeline of all updates and events happening. Is this still going to occur? When is the next set of updates expected to come? How will we be notified? Thanks in advance.

no slots available - slots is not a nice word
When there are no appointments available the customer booking page says "no slots available" The word "slot" isn't a nice word in English. An ability to use a more appropriate word like "appointment" would be great.
Don't see meeting info in the Bookings meeting
Even though the configuration is set to include %meetinginfo% the meeting invite does not have the info.

Mapping additional fields into Zoho CRM
I've created some additional fields in the registration form such as post code. How do I map this field into CRM so that the zip field in CRM matches up? I also have other fields added to the registration form that will need to be mapped to some custom contact fields I've created in CRM.
Google Calendar integration has problems with Scheduling Interval
We have our workspace Scheduling Interval set to 30 mins, so that our appointments will all begin on the hour or half hour. Once we integrated our Bookings app with our Google calendars, any event on Google calendar that does not end on the hour or half hour changes all the appointment start times on the Zoho Bookings scheduler. Zoho Bookings - Problem adding staff
I'm trying to add an Admin Staff Person. I've added her in zoho bookings, but when she tries to log in, she's sent to the "Set Up your Business" page instead of our business bookings site. How do I fix this?

There is an irritation I have found while testing the Workspace booking page. When customers use Workspace Booking Page URL, it shows the drop down with 3 resources to select from, eg 1 of 3 tables. In our particular situation it does not matter which table is selected. Customer can selects any one of the 3 tables... selects the default option, which is likely to be the first default selected choice, then moves on to select the date they require... They see the times available, in the drop down.

Is Bookings not included in the Zoho-One bundle?
I am trying to set up Zoho-Bookings for my educational institutions, but at each attempt I am trying to set it up (adding location, adding service), Bookings prompts me to "upgrade to premium service". Is Bookings not part of the Zoho-One bundle despite the fact that it is listed as such?
Booking marked as payment failed, yet the paypal transaction is all OK
Hi, We have a booking, that the customer booked online paid £10 via payment portal. I checked the booking in the diary it was not there.. so looked at the appointment and it says "Payment Failed" I went to PayPal and the transaction is all OK, Marked as Completed on my account. I cannot see how to override this and mark it as paid? Help please so I can secure her slot. Thanks Barry
Google Calendar Configuration
Hi all, I am new to Bookings. I just configured integration with my Google Calendar with no problem at all. But cannot see events in Google Calendar if I switch to Calendar view in Bookings and when someone ask for a meeting the slots are all available for each day looking as if the events in my Google Calendar are nor read at all. Display the DAY
It would be amazing if you could show the day of the week eg. Monday, Tuesday etc on the headings of the Calendar and List Views. It's kind of frustrating to be reviewing the bookings and not having immediately visibility of what day you're looking at.
Multiple Customer Records
When you add a customer to an apointment it allows you to re-create them as a new customer multiple times, which means you can never track all their appoinments as they are saved against multiple customer records. There needs to be validation on the "create customer" functionality to warn you that the customer already exists.
Include MercadoPago for payments
WHen would be available #mercadopago# as option for payments? this integration is already working in Zoho Books.
Is there a "Look Busy" function in Zoho Bookings?
Right now, I'm trying to set up Bookings to replace Book Like A Boss because I don't want to pay for something that is redundant. But one thing that I love about BLAB is that you can "Look Busy" by choosing a percentage like 80%. That way, if my calendar is totally open, the person booking the appointment would only see random slots from 20% of my calendar. Is this possible with Bookings? Thanks!
Failed to Load ZML
My Bookings app cannot display some of the appointments for no apparent reason. Same service, same date, same service person, and people signed up from the same page within a few days. Some appointments can be opened in the app, some are listed on the calendar but when clicked, get "Failed to load ZML" message. All appointments can be viewed on the web without problem.

CRM Integration

Standardise Repeat Functionality
When creating one on one Bookings I can only choose to schedule the apointment on one occassion. It would be great to have the same functionality as Group bookings in which you can schedule the appointment on multiple occasions. We're scheduling one to one Spanish classes and if someone is studying 1 hour a day Monday to Friday for 4 weeks we have to enter 20 appointments, which is not fun.
Time restriction - Zoho Booking and Zoho Meeting
If we integrate Bookings and Meeting, and charge the customer for 15 min slot, then the meeting will be automatically scheduled. Eg 11.15 AM to 11.30. What happens If meeting starts at 11.20? Will it extent till 11.35 or ends at 11.30 If the meeting does not end by 11.30? Can we extend it or will it stop? Can we restrict to the said timings? At the end of 15 min, it should disconnect with 1 or 2 min grace?
What is Buffer Time?
Explain what is Buffer time that appears while creating a Workspace in Zoho bookings. Is this the Buffer time to start at Service Provider side? Buffer time to wait by Service Provider? Buffer time that could extend by mentioned time even after completion of the agreed time?
