Dear Team, I like to make upload mandatory when the case of the status is closed. I'm not able to set attachments as complusory in CRM. Please suggest the solution. We tried working on the condition layout where case is closed a field " attachments" set as complusory. However users are updating as 'YES' but not uploading attachment.

Is this possible with Zoho? I have this ability now with Salesforce. I simply launch the SF app, select a contact or Lead, place the call from within the app. At the conclusion of the call, I am automatically prompted to add call results notes.
How to differentiate between Calls created by mobile app vs manually by user?
Using the API (or any other method), is there any way to find out whether a Call has been automatically created by the Zoho CRM mobile app, or whether it has been manually created by the user? I tried using fetching a Call record via the API and here is what I got. Custom Views in Zoho CRM iPhone App?
Is there a way to create custom views in the Zoho CRM iPhone app, or either to access views I have created in the web interface? As my lists of leads and contacts grow, the ability to access them through the app becomes less and less useful without some meaningful way to sort them, especially when I've spent a lot of time creating custom fields to really help me sort them the way I want to see them.
Does calling through Zoho CRM app log calls
My user id is 658187232.I and my 14 users have been using Zoho for 3 months, and calling on Mobile App doesnt log any calls. Though its marketed as a feature, but it doesnt work. The UI of Web is great, but the mobile appp functionalities are NIL! I have had 80 phone calls with Mobile support team but no result. Checking "scenarios" , Or-specific issue, etc are different reasons given but NO RESULT

CRM Invoicing from a mobile device
Is it possible to create or modify invoices on the Zoho CRM iPhone or iPad apps? I am not interested in subscribing to Zoho invoice as the invoicing option included in Zoho CRM is sufficient for our needs. We are considering switching to Zoho CRM and being able to invoice on mobile devices is a requirement for us.
