Assuming Forms is built on the same codebase as Creator, etc., it would be wonderful to be able to edit form code, cut and paste form elements across different forms, share code with other users, and so on.
Grouping forms by folders
Hi! My office is using Zoho Forms extensively. We currently have 90+ forms and they are becoming a bit difficult to manage. We get along using the search bar and a separate spreadsheet we have linking to all our forms, but it would be great if Zoho Forms introduced some kind of "folders" for grouping forms. Changing the approver based on a form answer
I'm trying to create an internal 'Leave Request' form, that would preferably go through the Approvals process. The issue is that there are 25 possible supervisors, and I can't think how to do this, because Zoho asks for one specific approver. Notifying the supervisor would be ok - is there a way to do this without asking the staff member to enter the supervisor's email address? (i.e. an email dropdown?) If anyone has any ideas on how to create a leave form that can notify a supervisor, or be approved
Choose form language
I have to translate my forms to many languages. It is very long to translate each message using the customize message function. It would be so much better for me if I could just select the language the form is in, so that I can use all standard messages associated to that language.
Zoho Forms Viewing
The ability to view more than 10 forms at a time in the list of forms I have created would be a huge time saver. Also the ability to sort the forms based on name, date create etc would be excellent functionality

The rules are not supported at this time for the subforms. Do you have any ETA for this important feature ?
Calculate hours
Is there any chance that the the "formula" will have the ability to do calculation using the "time" field in the future? Our company has a form set up for tracking hours worked and we use 2 time fields currently. One for the clock-in time, and one for the clock-out time. It's great for keeping that record, but if there were a way to calculate the hours to show on the report would be awesome. Making Columns Available for all field types in Form Builder
trying out Zoho Forms currently and really impressed with the layout and PDF setup of the forms. Hello, I've been working with Zoho Forms for many years now and think it's a great form builder with many additional functionalities. Even today I still get lost in the customization options interface. Would appreciate if you could consider updating it to improve the user experience of form customization. It would really be better to have some sort of a toolbar than the current selection boxes which make it complicated to find different customization options. Zoho Forms "From" Email Address
Hello, I have a suggestion for an enhancement. I'm in the process of creating a Zoho Form that would generate a help desk ticket in Zoho Desk through an email, when submitted. I'm doing this because I want the ticket description to include the email body, instead of integrating Desk and Forms and having to create a bunch of custom ticket fields. It would be nice if I could pull the "From" address out of the form in the Email & Notifications settings, so it uses that email instead of mine or notifications@zohoforms.com.
Zoho Forms to Zoho CRM - edit response
We have a zoho form that our employee starts and submits, and then a day or two later, they "edit their response". I have the zoho form integrated with the zoho crm. I submitted a response and it made a new record in the proper module (yay!). But when I tried to "edit my response", it doesn't update the crm with the new answers - is that correct? If that is how it works right now, it would be awesome if it did work that way :) Thanks.
Compact forms
Ok, is there a way to make the forms compact? They take up way too much space and you know it's just not as professional as it should be (it makes you look like you are an amatuer playing at having a business). How about we get a design that looks like this is a real business and not a freaking game?

Hi there, I have a few questions. 1. How come Zoho payments doesn't allow cents but only accepts who dollar values? 2. When choosing payments, it only allowed a fixed dollar value.
